As of June 5, 2006 shipments of the Todd 28 Gallon Gas Caddy with the part numbers 932403WP, 2403WPQD, 2403IPQD and 932403IP will have a redesigned pump configuration. These part numbers, along with part numbers P93-2400 and A93-2400 will ship with ground wires. Pump Kits are available.
